Denial of service in affected GitLab CE/EE releases allows remote authenticated users to interrupt service via oversized webhook token names. Webhook token-name validation does not enforce a size limit before the application processes attacker-controlled names. A low-privileged account is required, and sufficiently large names deny legitimate users access without reported data exposure or modification.
