Authenticated service crash via missing NodeID validation

NULL pointer dereference in omec-project UPF 2.1.3-dev allows remote authenticated users to crash the PFCP agent via a crafted request. handleSessionEstablishmentRequest calls IE.NodeID() without checking whether the mandatory NodeID element is absent, dereferencing a nil IE. Reachability requires access to the PFCP N4 interface; the demonstrated consequence is a process crash without data disclosure or modification.
