Authenticated arbitrary file upload via traversal bypass
Published Dec 28, 2025 · Updated Dec 28, 2025
Unrestricted file upload in h-moses moga-mall allows remote authenticated users to write files through the addProduct endpoint. PmsProductController passes objectName to uploadObject after validation checks only slash-delimited segments for dot tokens, without decoding, normalizing, rejecting absolute paths, or restricting suffixes. Low-privileged access is required; encoded traversal or alternate separators can place attacker-chosen content outside the intended upload location.
