Credential disclosure via hard-coded test configuration

Credential exposure in Lin CMS 0.1 through 0.6.0 allows remote attackers to read database credentials from tests/config.py. The test configuration stores username and password values directly in a committed file instead of obtaining them from protected runtime configuration. Exploitation requires access to a deployment or source distribution that exposes the tests directory, and the bounded impact is disclosure of the configured credentials.
