Browser script execution via unencoded search parameter

Reflected XSS in SohuTV CacheCloud 3.0 through 3.2.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in another user's browser. The doUserList method copies the searchChName request parameter into the manage/user/list model, where the page renders it without output encoding. Administrative privileges are required to submit the payload, and another user must interact with the crafted response; impact is limited to browser-context data and actions.
