Unrestricted file upload in shanyu SyCms a242ef2d194e8bb249dc175e7c49f2c1673ec921 allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code. The Administrative Panel's FileManageController.class.php addPost function fails to restrict executable uploads, allowing crafted PHP content to reach the server. Administrative privileges are required, and a successful upload grants code execution in the web server's security context.
