Authenticated code execution via unrestricted file upload

Arbitrary file upload in ChenJinchuang Lin-CMS-TP5 0.3.0 through 0.3.3 allows remote authenticated users to write files to public storage. The upload method in application/lib/file/LocalUploader.php preserves an untrusted multipart filename and writes the file under public/uploads without filtering its extension or content. Code execution requires server-side script execution in the upload directory; otherwise, arbitrary attacker-chosen files remain publicly accessible.
