Reflected XSS via unescaped base64 output

Reflected XSS in Postman httpbin 0.6.0 through 0.6.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute script via a crafted /base64 URL. The decode_base64 route decodes the path value and returns it directly as text/html without escaping, making supplied markup executable page content. Exploitation requires another user to open the crafted URL, and the script then runs in that user's browser under the httpbin origin.
