Authenticated router crash via unbounded timestart copy

Buffer overflow in Shanghai Aitai Technology Co., Ltd. 进取 512W 1.7.7-171114 allows remote authenticated users to crash the router via HTTP. The formConfigNoticeConfig handler copies the user-controlled timestart parameter with strcpy into memory at InstPointByIndex_1 + 36 without checking the destination size. Digest-authenticated access to the management endpoint is required; the published proof of concept targets denial of service and does not establish code execution.
