Authenticated member data disclosure via unchecked lookup

Improper access control in Youlai Tech youlai-mall 1.0.0 and 2.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to disclose member data. MemberController.getMemberByMobile accepts any mobile number and returns the matching member ID, username, and status without ownership or permission checks. Any valid app login token and a known or enumerable phone number suffice to map another account, enabling follow-on IDOR attacks.
