Unauthenticated database access via unsanitized contact name

SQL injection in contact_us.php in Online Frozen Foods Ordering System 1.0 allows remote attackers to read or alter database data. The contact form's name parameter is inserted directly into an SQL query without sanitization or parameter binding. No login is required; a crafted GET request can trigger time-based blind queries and unauthorized database reads or changes.
