Unauthenticated command execution via ipaddress shell injection
Published Dec 23, 2025 · Updated Dec 23, 2025
Command injection in the WH450 HTTP request handler in Tenda firmware 1.0.0.18 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands. The /goform/CheckTools handler accepts shell metacharacters in the ipaddress parameter, allowing appended commands to run after ping. No credentials or user interaction are required; successful requests run attacker-selected commands on the router and can interrupt service.
