Relative path traversal in Ragic Enterprise Cloud Database version 0 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary system files without authentication. TWCERT/CC does not identify the affected endpoint, parameter, or file-resolution operation beyond naming relative path traversal as the download vector. Network access to the web application is sufficient; the reported impact is file disclosure only, with no integrity or availability effect.
