Administrator database read-write via unsanitized video IDs

SQL injection in SeaCMS 13.0 through 13.3 allows remote authenticated users to read or alter database data through the e_id parameter. The lockall, restoreall, and delall paths concatenate unsanitized e_id array elements with implode() into SQL statements while backend safeCheck is disabled. A valid backend administrator session is required; demonstrated UNION and time-based queries disclose credentials and modify or delete records.
