Browser script execution via unescaped chat output
Published Dec 19, 2025 · Updated Dec 19, 2025
Reflected XSS in Simple Stock System 1.0 allows remote attackers to run script in a user's browser through chatuser.php. The handler stores the chat_msg form value, selects it into online_list, and echoes the result without HTML output encoding. No authentication is required to submit the payload, but a user must render the response, enabling attacker-controlled actions within the application's browser origin.
