Code execution via SSH hostname argument injection

Argument injection in libnbd 1.22.0 through 1.22.4 and 1.23.0 through 1.23.8 allows local users to execute code via a crafted nbd+ssh URI. The nbd_connect_uri path accepts a hostname beginning with -o and passes it to SSH as an option instead of treating it solely as a hostname. Exploitation requires a user or application to open the attacker-controlled URI, and commands run with the privileges of the libnbd process.
