Code execution via overflowing NC variable dimension allocation

Integer overflow in NC variable parsing in Unidata NetCDF-C allows remote attackers to execute code through a crafted netCDF file. The v1h_get_NC_var path passes an unbounded dimension count to new_x_NC_var, whose allocation-size additions can wrap before memory allocation. Opening the file is required, and successful exploitation runs code with the current user's privileges.
