Code execution via unsafe checkpoint deserialization

Deserialization in Hugging Face Transformers commit 95faabf allows remote attackers to execute code through a malicious Megatron-GPT2 checkpoint. The megatron_gpt2 conversion script passes a directly supplied .pt checkpoint to torch.load with weights_only=False, enabling pickle object construction. Execution requires a user to run the converter on the crafted file, and the payload runs with the converter process's privileges.
