Analytics disclosure and deletion via unchecked REST nonce
Published Feb 10, 2026 · Updated Feb 10, 2026
Missing authorization in Roxnor PopupKit 2.2.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read and delete analytics data. The /pbb/v1/popup/logs REST route accepts GET and DELETE requests with a WordPress REST nonce but does not require a PopupKit management capability. Subscriber-level access and a nonce are sufficient to enumerate or erase device, browser, country, referrer, and campaign records.
