Improper authorization in CampCodes Advanced Voting Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to take over voter accounts. /admin/voters_edit.php accepts a caller-controlled ID when changing a voter password without verifying authority over the selected account. A low-privileged account can target another voter record, resulting in unauthorized password replacement and account takeover.
