Administrator-level browser script execution via unescaped metadata

Stored XSS in anjan011 Simple User Meta Editor 1.0.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through user meta values. The user meta value path stores insufficiently sanitized input and the editor template renders it without sufficient output escaping, so embedded script markup executes in a viewer's browser. Exploitation requires administrator-level access and affects multisite installations or installations where unfiltered_html is disabled, exposing users who open an injected page to attacker-controlled script execution.
