Authenticated command execution via executable PHP upload

Unrestricted file upload in Client Database Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands via PHP attachments. The transaction-update path in user_leads.php accepts executable PHP files without server-side type, MIME, or extension validation and stores them in the web-accessible /cdm/files/ directory. Any authenticated user who can update a transaction can upload and request a PHP script, causing the web server to execute arbitrary system commands.
