Cross-user file disclosure via unbound cached-file UUIDs

Authorization bypass in pretix before 2025.8.3, 2025.9.0 through 2025.9.2, and 2025.10.0 allows remote authenticated users to read cached files. Cached-file download endpoints looked up UUIDs without binding the resulting CachedFile object to the requesting API token, application, device, or session. Exploitation requires a valid random UUID, typically obtained from logs or a separate disclosure, and exposes file contents without reported modification or service interruption.
