CVE-2025-14852Network attack vectorHinoki check available

Plugin settings modification via missing nonce verification

Published Feb 14, 2026 · Updated Feb 14, 2026

Cross-site request forgery in Antevenio MDirector Newsletter 4.5.8 and earlier allows remote attackers to change plugin settings. The mdirectorNewsletterSave function processes settings-update requests without verifying a WordPress nonce, so requests sent by an authenticated browser are accepted as intentional. Exploitation requires a logged-in site administrator to follow an attacker-controlled link or otherwise submit the forged request; the resulting change is limited to plugin configuration.
