Broken access control in ABB T-MAC Plus 4.0-24 allows remote authenticated users to perform administrative operations. The web application assigns privileges incorrectly across user roles, allowing a low-privileged Customer account to invoke operations reserved for administrators. A valid low-privileged account and network access to the web application are required; successful exploitation exposes administrative functions that can affect data and service operation.
