Unauthenticated payment bypass via exposed AJAX nonce
Published Jan 16, 2026 · Updated Jan 16, 2026
Missing authorization in StylemixThemes Cost Calculator Builder 3.6.9 and earlier allows remote attackers to mark orders as paid. The complete_payment AJAX action exposes CCBOrderController::complete() without authentication; the function trusts a publicly exposed nonce and updates the supplied order ID without checking capabilities or ownership. Exploitation requires Cost Calculator Builder PRO and a reachable calculator page, and it alters payment status without processing payment.
