CVE-2025-14746Public exploit

Live video disclosure via unauthenticated RTSP playback

Published Dec 16, 2025 · Updated Dec 16, 2025

Improper authentication in the RTSP endpoint of Shenzhen Ningyuanda TC155 57.0.2.0 allows remote attackers on the local network to view live video. The endpoint on TCP port 554 accepts an RTSP playback request to the root path without credentials and returns a live 1080p HEVC stream. An attacker must reach the camera on the same LAN; the demonstrated consequence is video-feed disclosure, with no reported configuration change or service interruption.
