File write via incomplete path-component escaping

Path traversal in Rapid7 Velociraptor before 0.75.6 allows remote attackers controlling a rogue client to write outside the Linux datastore. For a path component ending in a dot, the upload path encoder converts only the final dot to %2E and leaves traversal characters active. The containing directory must end in %2E, limiting writes to unintended locations and preventing critical-file overwrites; Windows servers are not exploitable.
