Browser redirect via unvalidated URL fragment

Client-side open redirect in Mayan EDMS 4.10.0 through 4.10.1 allows remote attackers to redirect a victim's browser via a crafted URL. Fragment-based navigation in partial_navigation.js and base_plain.html assigns an unvalidated URL fragment to window.location instead of restricting the destination to same-origin HTTP(S) paths. Exploitation requires a user to follow the visibly abnormal crafted link; the redirect stays in that browser session and grants no access to documents, APIs, authentication state, or server-side functions.
