Unauthenticated SQL injection via user_id parameter
Published Dec 13, 2025 · Updated Dec 13, 2025
SQL injection in Code Projects Student File Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to manipulate SQL queries via user_id. The /admin/update_user.php handler fails to neutralize SQL metacharacters in the user_id value before incorporating it into an SQL command. No authentication or user interaction is required; successful requests can expose or modify application data or interrupt database-backed operations.
