CVE-2025-1461Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Cross-site scripting via untranslated eventMoreText HTML

Published May 28, 2025 · Updated May 29, 2025

Cross-site scripting in Vuetify VCalendar 2.0.0 through 2.7.2 allows remote attackers to execute script via crafted eventMoreText content. When the default translator finds no key, it returns the supplied string and VCalendar assigns the result directly to the Event More element's innerHTML without escaping. Exploitation requires an application to feed attacker-controlled content into eventMoreText and render an overflowing calendar; successful code runs in the visitor's browser context.
