Author-level metadata modification via unchecked post IDs

Missing authorization in WP Last Modified Info 1.9.5 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to alter arbitrary post metadata. The bulk_save AJAX handler trusts the post_ids array and writes modification-date and lock metadata without checking edit_post authorization for each post. Author-level access and a valid bulk-edit request are required; affected users can change or lock modification dates on posts they cannot otherwise edit, including administrator-created posts.
