Authenticated PII disclosure via mismatched EOR parsing

Information disclosure in Perforce Delphix Continuous Compliance 2025.3.0 and later allows remote authenticated users to expose PII. An EOR value that differs from a delimited file's actual line ending causes the parser to split records inaccurately, leaving fields outside the expected masking layout. Reachability requires low-privileged access to configure the wrong EOR and run masking; the bounded consequence is unmasked PII in output data.
