Unauthenticated API key disclosure via permissive REST callback

Sensitive information exposure in weDevs weDocs 2.1.15 and earlier allows remote attackers to read third-party API keys via a REST request. The docs/settings GET route invokes get_items(), which returns the wedocs_settings option when requested, while the vulnerable read callback does not enforce the administrator capability added in 2.1.16. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the consequence is limited to disclosure of stored plugin settings.
