Authenticated router reboot via unchecked hidcontact copy

Buffer overflow in UTT 进取 512W 1.7.7-171114 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to reboot the router. The /goform/formWebAuthGlobalConfig handler copies the hidcontact form value into a fixed buffer with strcpy and performs no length check. Access to the management interface and valid credentials are required; an oversized POST can crash, freeze, or immediately restart the device.
