Authenticated action forgery via rendered code-flow HTML

Stored XSS in affected GitLab CE/EE releases allows remote authenticated users to perform actions as another user through code flow. An imported vulnerability report leaves attacker-supplied HTML active in the code-flow code box instead of rendering it as text. The attacker needs an account and an imported project, and another user must open the vulnerability's code-flow view and activate the injected overlay; the resulting request can change that user's account data.
