Stored XSS via unsanitized pixel configuration
Published Jan 14, 2026 · Updated Jan 14, 2026
Stored XSS in Drupal Facebook Pixel 7.x-1.0 through 7.x-1.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in visitors' browsers. The module stores unsanitized input from the Facebook Pixel configuration form and inserts it into the pixel code placed on every page. The attacker needs the Administer Facebook pixel permission; successful injection can read or alter data available to the victim's browser session.
