Unauthenticated service crash via Content-Length pointer dereference

NULL pointer dereference in Santesoft LTD Sante PACS Server 4.2.2 allows remote attackers to crash its HTTP service without authentication. The HTTP Content-Length handler dereferences a pointer without first validating that it is non-NULL. A crafted network request reaches the handler without credentials, interrupting PACS web-service availability; no confidentiality or integrity impact is reported.
