Administrative command execution via unsanitized ADI variable
Published Mar 31, 2025 · Updated Mar 31, 2025
Command injection in Verve Asset Manager 1.39 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run commands through its administrative ADI page. The legacy Agentless Device Inventory page accepts a changed variable without sufficient sanitization, enabling command injection into its service container. Administrative access and network reachability to the deprecated interface are required; successful exploitation executes arbitrary commands inside the container.
