CVE-2025-14443Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Authenticated internal network probing via unvalidated image references

Published Dec 16, 2025 · Updated Dec 16, 2025

SSRF in ImageStreamImport in Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4 allows remote authenticated users to probe internal network services. The API server resolves user-supplied image references and sends manifest requests without rejecting loopback, link-local, private, or cluster-service destinations. Image-import permission is required; response and connection differences expose service and network details, while excessive attempts can interrupt service.
