Authenticated client hang via unbounded profile rerenders

Denial of service in affected Mattermost releases allows remote authenticated users to hang web clients through remote-user profile rendering. In user_profile.tsx and related member views, React effects tie remote-display data and action references to fetches, so API errors repeatedly retrigger component rendering without a bound. Exploitation requires an authenticated account and user interaction with affected remote-user UI in Mattermost 10.11.0 through 10.11.8, 11.0.0 through 11.0.6, or 11.1.0 through 11.1.1; the rendering client is interrupted.
