Uncontrolled search path in PDFsam Enhanced 7.0.76.15222 allows physically proximate attackers to execute arbitrary code as SYSTEM. The product's OpenSSL setup searches an unsecured location for its configuration file and accepts attacker-controlled directives from that file. Exploitation requires mounting a malicious drive on the Windows host, after which the injected code executes with SYSTEM privileges.
