Missing authorization in Postem Ipsum 3.0.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to create administrator accounts. The postem_ipsum_generate_users() function creates arbitrary WordPress users with the administrator role without checking the caller's capabilities. Subscriber-level access is sufficient to invoke the function, creating a new administrator identity that can take full control of the site.
