Browser script execution via unsafe administrator settings
Published Dec 13, 2025 · Updated Dec 13, 2025
Stored XSS in Quick Testimonials 2.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through administrator settings. The affected settings path stores administrator-supplied values without sufficient sanitization and later renders them without output escaping. Exploitation requires administrator-level access and affects only multisite installations or sites where unfiltered_html is disabled; injected scripts run when a user visits an affected page.
