Unauthenticated product creation via unchecked AJAX action
Published Dec 13, 2025 · Updated Dec 13, 2025
Missing authorization in Eyewear Prescription Form 6.0.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to create arbitrary WooCommerce products. The SubmitCatProductRequest AJAX action accepts the Name, Price, and Parent parameters and creates products without an authorization check. No WordPress account or user interaction is required, and the resulting products can carry attacker-selected names, prices, and category assignments.
