Unauthenticated form deletion via nonce-only authorization

Missing authorization in weDevs weMail 2.0.7 and earlier allows remote attackers to permanently delete all forms through its REST API. The Forms::permission() callback accepts only an X-WP-Nonce value and omits a WordPress capability check, while frontend pages disclose that nonce in the weMail JavaScript object. No account is required; a visitor to a page containing a weMail form can extract the nonce and send the DELETE request that removes every form.
