Heap corruption via undetached ArrayBuffer

Use-after-free in Mozilla Firefox and Thunderbird before 146, including ESR before 140.6, allows remote attackers to read and corrupt heap memory. RTCEncodedFrameBase wraps a libwebrtc frame buffer in a JavaScript ArrayBuffer, but its destructor fails to detach that ArrayBuffer before freeing the native storage. Reachability requires WebRTC encoded-frame processing in a browser-like context; ordinary Thunderbird mail reading disables scripting.
