Arbitrary file deletion via unchecked recursive paths

Path traversal in Robocode 1.9.3.6 allows remote attackers to delete arbitrary files through the CacheCleaner component. The recursivelyDelete method deletes resolved File objects without canonicalizing each path and confirming that it remains beneath the intended cache directory. A crafted path reaching cache cleanup is sufficient, and deletion is limited by the Robocode process's filesystem permissions.
