CVE-2025-14300Public exploit

Network disruption via unauthenticated Wi-Fi reconfiguration

Published Dec 20, 2025 · Updated Dec 20, 2025

Missing authentication in TP-Link Systems Inc. Tapo C200 v3 before 1.4.5 Build 251104 allows remote attackers to rewrite Wi-Fi settings. The HTTPS connectAP endpoint accepts JSON values for the target SSID, BSSID, password and encryption type without validating a session or token. Access requires the same local network segment; repeated reconfiguration can move the camera to another network and interrupt live video and audio.
