Database access via unsanitized per_id query parameter

SQL injection in edit_personnel.php in Tutorials Website Employee Profile Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to access its database. The page inserts the per_id query parameter directly into an SQL query without sanitization or validation, allowing injected SQL to alter the database command.
